By accessing or using Sower Chat ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including businesses that embed the chat widget on their websites and their customers who interact through it.

2. Description of Service

Sower Chat provides a customer chat platform that allows businesses to communicate with their website visitors in real time. Features include a website embed widget, agent inbox, AI-assisted responses, contact management, and team collaboration tools.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: send spam or unsolicited messages; harass, threaten, or deceive others; collect data about visitors without appropriate disclosure; violate any applicable law or regulation; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; or interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure.

5. Widget Embed and Visitor Data

When you embed the Sower Chat widget on your website, you are responsible for informing your website visitors that live chat is available and that their messages and certain technical information (such as browser, device, and approximate location) may be collected. You must have a lawful basis for collecting this data and must include appropriate disclosures in your own privacy policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology comprising the Service is owned by Sower Chat or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention practices.
